We are privileged to assist Camp Crossway, a faith-based summer camp for kids and youth.
We will be running a four-day, overnight Bible camp for 30-40 local, Native teens in 7th-12th grades. What an amazing opportunity! The facilities are outstanding: good bunk beds, great food, plenty of showers, and lots of fun things to do and great recreational activities. They even have a zip-line! What a blast!
Mission teams often struggle to get next to Native teens on reservation missions. Here, your team will eat, sleep, play, and live with them for four days, Monday through Thursday. Local youth have come to trust our partners at Camp Crossway. They are very receptive of mission teams. We’ll be careful to preserve that trust.
You’ll make new friends this week, and maybe even have the opportunity to ask to visit them at home on Friday of your trip. You can make a lasting impact on their parents, sharing your lives with their whole family!
Through these camps and special programs, our partners at Camp Crossway hope to restore and strengthen families so their future is one of hope and peace. Come alongside our partners and help them achieve this goal, while growing in your own faith through the process.
