- Work Projects: You could help with earthquake relief and other community work projects.
- Adventure: Live your faith while exploring the adventure-culture of Nepal and hiking in the mountains!
Nepal is 4,000+ feet above sea level, so keep in mind normal physical activity can feel more strenuous and challenging. Be prepared to adjust to high heat, humidity, and elevation during this incredible adventure into the hills of Nepal. To prepare for this trip, it is recommended to begin walking a few miles at a time, or take a hiking trip somewhere nearby your home!
