An adventure awaits you in Peru!
From the Andes mountains to the Amazon Jungle, Peru is one of the most beautiful countries on the planet.
While Peru’s cities are very modern, life along the Amazon River is very different. People live in straw huts and eat from the land (and river!), just as their ancestors did centuries ago.
There are entire villages deep in the jungle who have never heard of Jesus.
Will you share it with them?
Ministry:
While in Peru, a village in the Amazon Rainforest will be your home base. You’ll partner with a local pastor on a variety of ministry in two jungle villages.
- Village Ministry: You’ll probably boat down the river or hike jungle trails to do evangelism and children’s ministry, which could include anything from VBS to playing soccer.
- Relational Evangelism: You’ll make relationships with people wherever you go, meeting parents of kids and visiting their homes. You could teach English, give guitar lessons, or learn how to maintain property Amazon-style (by swinging a machete).
- Adventure: You’ll live your faith while living in the Amazon Jungle, boating down the river, and shopping at local markets at debrief.
You can live the adventure of encouraging remote jungle churches and sharing the love of Jesus with people who possibly have never heard of Him. Will you join in the work God is doing in Peru?
