Guatemala in known for their beauty and diversity. Situated in the northern region of Central America, tourists flock to Guatemala from all over the world for the volcanos, coffee, and vast rainforest. But, Guatemala is also home to neighborhoods within the garbage dumps, abandoned children running the streets, and overflowing prisons.The people of Guatemala are accustomed to tragedy as they often are at the mercy of mudslides and natural disasters.

We are called to bring the unchanging, never-ending love of Jesus to Guatemala.

Ministry

You may play with children and host VBS. Teaching English is always a need!
You could do sports outreach, do door-to-door outreach, help with work projects.
You could host a Bible study for policemen, and spend time at the local orphanage.
You’ll live your faith as you visit the local souvenir shops, and maybe zipline in the rainforest or climb a volcano!

Adventures Guatemala comes alongside pastors and church leaders through discipleship, community development, and activation to establish God’s Kingdom. We desire to see the men, women, and children of Guatemala reconciled to the love of God the Father, living out their God-given purposes.
