B4A 2019 – Rwanda

You’ve got a story to tell. It’s significant, powerful, and you want it to count for something.

You know about women who are suffering and being victimized, and your heart breaks for them.

That’s exactly how Ruth and her team felt on the very first Beauty for Ashes trip in 2014. They wanted to see women set free from the lies they had believed for years. On that trip, Ruth met a woman named Nancy. She realized this new friend had a story in need of God’s redemption. After her time with Ruth, Nancy began believing God’s truth — her story does matter.

Psalm 107:2 says “Let the redeemed of the Lord tell their story.” Since 2014, Beauty for Ashes has reached over 5,000 women in 25 countries because of people like you, who are willing to share their story of redemption. We’ve hosted hundreds of retreats and small groups around the world, and have seen our curriculum proven as an effective tool God is using to foster lasting change in the lives of women.

God longs for His daughters to join Him in an intimate relationship. He desires to walk with them through healing and remind women of the identity and hope they have in Him.

If you want to join a Christ-centered community of women committed to taking God’s love to all of the nations, then it’s time for you to join us in …

Rwanda is a landlocked republic lying south of the Equator in east-central Africa. Known for its breathtaking scenery, Rwanda is often referred to as “le pays des mille collines” (French for “land of a thousand hills”). The capital is Kigali, located in the centre of the country on the Ruganwa River.

Ministry

The vision of HOPEthiopia/Rwanda is to see Rwanda’s youth become confident, fulfilled, and faithful leaders while contributing to the sustainable development of Rwanda. Our dream is that Rwandese orphaned youth and young adults will see their God-given destinies come to fruition.

Your team will:

  • Host Beauty for Ashes retreats, creating spaces for God to bring hope, healing, and redemption to the stories of local women.

  • Be equipped to share about topics such as worth, identity, healing, and forgiveness with others through storytelling and vulnerability.

  • Build meaningful relationships with your team and those with whom you minister.

  • Gain a deeper understanding of who God is and who you are as His daughter.

God is calling you to journey with Him, to share His love with the nations and establish His Kingdom on earth. Will you join Him in Rwanda?
