Fort Apache – Whiteriver, AZ

We are blessed to work alongside two amazing ministry partners in Whiteriver, AZ.  Our church partner, a congregation of Apaches in love with Jesus, is all about sharing Christ with one another and the people of their community. They are truly the Body of Christ – encouraging, teaching, discipling, and fellowshipping together, with their doors wide open to everyone.  Teens in their youth group are on fire for Jesus; each has a story of what Christ has done for him or her.

Our other partner, a hugely successful youth ministry, has for many years positively impacted Fort Apache youth.  Operating from a state-of-the-art youth center, these guys interface with local teens at all spiritual levels, from completely uninterested in God to teens fully committed to Jesus in advanced Bible studies.  It’s our privilege to join them in their activities and outreach.

Fort Apache communities are full of good people who love their children and work hard to raise them well. But the same drugs, gangs, and alcohol problems that have infiltrated most of America have found their way here, and the enemy is wrecking lives.  In the midst of the Body are hurting people who have pain in their lives, but are looking past themselves to the needs of others. They will thrill to hear that Christians beyond Whiteriver care about them, and are willing to walk and work beside them in ministry.

In every mission among American Indians, we will devote significant time, energy, and resources to the encouragement and refreshment of spirit of our ministry partners.  To read current, specific ministry information, select a mission week from the drop-down menu.  If you have other questions or want more location and tribe information, please contact Joe Rogers on cell at 678-910-2081, or hit the “Contact Us” button to email Joe.
