PP Summer 2018 South Asia

From locations.adventures.org

South Asia is, in a word, eclectic – in language, foods, and fashion. The opportunities you’ll find for ministry will be just as varied.

Perhaps you already know about the poverty, the persecution of Christians, and the injustices (like forced prostitution and labor) that plague South Asia. On this trip, you’ll work with established Christian ministries in southeastern South Asia not only to do something about these issues but to share the Gospel as you love and serve.

Ministry:

From locations.adventures.org

On this trip, you’ll work with  Bibles for the World Christian Ministries in far Northeast South Asia. The Manipur region is rarely visited by foreigners.  You will share the Gospel as you love and serve.

Sharing the Good News of God’s love in Christ Jesus by ministering to unreached peoples, to the Church and to Christian leaders in developing nations, with a strong emphasis on South Asia. We do this in partnership with our donors and other ministry partners by 1) Strategically distributing Bibles 2) Raising up godly, well-educated children through our affiliated schools 3) Networking and encouraging South Asian churches and national Christian leaders for greater effectiveness. Equipping such leaders through the Trinity College and Seminary in Manipur, through our partnership with Serampore University in West Bengal, and through our networks with other fine evangelical seminaries throughout South Asia. Teams could be involved with mobile medical camps, village evangelism and preaching, VBS, interaction with seminary students

This is your opportunity to discover hands-on God’s heart for this corner of South Asia as you share his love with its people.
