You have been given the opportunity to join your Global U student on the field and experience a taste of what they have been working on and the team they have been working with.
Their journey has been marked by many unique experiences, feelings, and changes. And in many ways, you have been journeying with your student each step of the way, often sharing in those new things.
Our goal for the Parent Vision Trip is to allow you to experience some of this more directly – and to be able to connect in the midst of their journey to better understand how God is at work in their lives.
We also want to share the greater vision of what God is doing around the world by introducing you to our faithful partners and long-term missionaries.
This trip is a way for parents to live alongside their student for a few days, celebrate the work they’ve been doing and perhaps participate in intergenerational ministry that will change your life.
Although the Global U PVT will look different from our World Race and Gap Year PVTs, this video will give you a glimpse into the heart of why we believe so strongly about offering the opportunity to come alongside your student in this way.”
