But Goa, too, shares in a problem that plagues the rest of South Asia — sex trafficking. Women step unknowingly into this world, in hopes of a better life and enough money to support their family. Or, they step into this world knowingly but as a last resort, forced to choose between their dignity and their family’s survival.

The ministry works in an area where young girls are not in school and young women have no education or marketable skills. While there is great risk in both of these groups, this is where lives are transformed by God’s grace.
