Ministry Overview
Your team will have opportunities to join Adventures’ Springfield Missional Community and partner with several local ministries. Here are some things you might be doing in Springfield:

Homeless ministry, including providing meals, individual ministry, and prayer

After school program with the neighborhood kids

Serving meals at the soup kitchen and ministering to people over dinner

Providing food for the needy at the local food bank.

Vacation Bible School for the local kids

Sports ministry
Housing
Your team will be staying at one of our partner’s facilities, a very large facility that was previously a school. Your students will be sleeping in what were previously classrooms on the floor which means you will need air mattresses and sleeping bags. We will eat all our meals together and participate in praise, worship, and debriefing here.
