As men, we move quickly through life. Demands come at us from all sides, and sometimes we forget to take the time to refuel.
This trip along the El Camino de Santiago (The Way of St. James) is a journey about going deeper with Jesus while we walk alongside other men of God and leaders in our faith.
You will experience discipleship using the ancient tradition of pilgrimage, building relationships with other men along the way. Carrying everything with you on your journey, you will be able to stop for rest in hostels found along the way. Get outside of your limits and walk where thousands have walked before, as you gather with other men and talk about what real community and life looks like.
The Camino attracts people from all walks of life. Many are searching for answers, hungry for a spiritual experience. All around, you’ll find people who are hungry for more, looking for answers and purpose.
You may encounter pilgrims who have lost their families in tragic accidents, some who are escaping the pain of divorce, others looking for freedom from addiction, and some who feel they have failed everything in life.
Just as Jesus called the disciples to journey with Him, so He calls us to do so in our lives—and then share the fruit of the journey with the world.
The great thing about a pilgrimage is that while it is a challenge of endurance and strength, in the end, it will build your faith, renew your mind, and even refresh your soul.
