What will I be doing in Guatemala?
You’ll get to serve alongside our Adventures Guatemala Base in Antigua and take part in a lot of different community outreaches. From evangelism to water filter ministry, life in Guatemala is never boring. Check out a more detailed description of how you and your team may partner with our team there.
Stove Installation: Many families cook over an open fire, putting women and children at risk of getting burned and experiencing lung damage. You may get to bless families by installing stoves and building relationships with them.
Water Filters: You may help install clean water filters to help prevent sickness and disease.
Relational Evangelism: You’ll get to connect with people and hear their stories and share your faith as you build relationships with them.
Children’s Ministry: You may get to share about Jesus’s love in the local villages and schools.
Where will I stay?
Your team will stay at our Adventures Guatemala base with bunk beds, showers, and bathrooms. Electricity and spotty wifi are available too! Meals will be prepared by cooks at the base, and you will have access to clean water. It’s a beautiful place, filled with great community and incredible times of worship.
How can I make a difference?
God doesn’t just move on the mission field – He moves right where you are today. But sometimes it takes a journey to discover how to see Him in the everyday and how to live life on mission wherever He leads you next in the world.
