Swaziland (Spring)

While Swaziland’s obscurity has left its people forgotten by many, resulting in a seemingly hopeless future, God has not forgotten about Swaziland.

Enveloped by South Africa and Mozambique, Swaziland’s breathtaking beauty clues us in to God’s dream for one of the last remaining monarchies on the continent.

Swaziland has the highest prevalence of HIV/AIDS in the world. According to a report from the United Nations, the country will cease to exist within 50 years because of this epidemic. Entire generations of adults are being wiped out, while simultaneously creating generations of orphans. These children are often left malnourished, uneducated, and without hope. We are committed to seeing these statistics reversed.

Much of your ministry will involve caring for orphans at care-points, providing these children with perhaps their only food and education. You may also have a chance offer the hope of eternal life to adults who are dying of AIDS. Your presence may be the catalyst for hope in their lives.

Jesus is in the business of bringing his kingdom to this monarchy. He started with the beautiful, hopeful landscape, but he didn’t end there.

Will you bring his love and hope to this land?
