Too young for the World Race and don’t have the time to commit to a Gap Year? No problem.
During this month-long trip, you’ll meet up with an existing World Race team ministering in Southeast Asia. Serve beside them and soak up the way they experience the world. Live out the gospel in areas where Islam, Buddhism, and Hinduism are the reigning religions.
Depending on the World Race team you are paired with, you could be in the Jungle working in remote villages or reaching out to some of the 200,000 children living on the streets in the city. Maybe you’ll work with schools or churches bringing the word or teaching English to the local people. You might work with children and adults with special needs, serve in homeless shelters or orphanages, and go on prayer walks and hospital visitations.
Step into a deeper understanding of what it means to live in authentic community. Pick Racers’ brains. Hear their stories. Preach the kingdom of God alongside them. When serving in Southeast Asia with a World Race Squad, watch your life and ministry quickly collide as you live and work among the Asian people.
Note : this trip is not open to friends or family members of Racers on these Squads. You may choose to travel with a different Squad if you’re still interested in the World Race Exposure trip. Exact dates will be determined based on when the World Race teams are traveling.
