Join our alumni trip to Swaziland!
So, you’ve already done 11 countries in 11 months. You’ve seen God work in miraculous ways. You’ve witnessed the supernatural. And now you’re back in the States. Are you itching for an opportunity to get back out there?
Alumni Trips are an opportunity to reconnect with life on the mission field. Join fellow alumni to serve alongside some of our long-term missionaries. Whether you’re thinking about doing life overseas or just looking for a short term trip, this is your ticket.
In addition to this being a short term trip for alumni, it’s also an opportunity for you to share life on the mission field with your home community. Sign up and you can invite a friend, your family, or maybe someone from church. This could be a life changing experience for someone you know.
* Each alumnus can invite up to two guests on the trip.
* Alumni must have completed the World Race or Passport.
Adventures Swaziland
Swaziland is like no place on earth. Visitors are stunned by its lush, mountainous beauty, and the tragic truth that it has the highest HIV/AIDS rate in the world. You can help bring hope to this land.
Adventures Swaziland has been working in Swazi for over 10 years.
In our vision for ministry in Swaziland, we believe God has a redemption plan for the HIV/AIDS pandemic. We see a generation of children raised to take leadership of their country and go throughout the world to preach the Gospel. Our vision is a Swaziland that is full of people who follow Jesus with passion and character. We want to see a generation raised to lead toward an abundant and holistically healthy future. We see healthy communities full of healthy families characterized by healthy relationships.
We want to see children survive, thrive, and succeed. We want them to become well-adjusted adults prepared to live abundant lives through Christ, contributing in productive ways to their society through church, work, family, and community. We address this vision through our partnerships, the neighborhood care points, feeding, discipleship, clean water, education, and access to healthcare.
With Communities we want to see vital, reproductive churches that reach across generations to help people grow spiritually. We do this through Adventures’ focus on church planting and church partnerships.
Leadership Development and Sustainable Agricultural go along with Micro Enterprise to build people up in their current lives as well as come alongside them as they learn and grow for the future.
Your Ministry this Week Could Include:
Kids Ministry/VBS – Spend time at the care points, playing with, teaching, and caring for children.
Sports Ministry: Play football (soccer) with the guys and netball (like basketball) with the girls.
Community Outreach: Visit homes and hospitals in the community to meet people, hear their stories, and pray for them.
Agricultural Ministry: Help each care point develop sustainability in the local communities through a garden program.
