Relational Ministry Among the White Mountain Apache People
Fort Apache is full of natural beauty. It also is a place where pain, hurt, addictions, shame, thoughts of suicide, loneliness, and hopelessness reside in the hearts and lives of hurting people. We want to train your team to see people through God’s eyes. On this trip, Adventures staff will challenge your team to look beyond themselves and deeper into the lives of the people.
We will give them opportunities to build relationships that could last for years beyond this one week in June.
Your team will walk side-by-side with the Apache people of East Fork Riverside Church, encouraging and listening to them.
Your team will share and live as Jesus, who calls us to love unconditionally and share one another’s burdens. East Fork Riverside is a vibrant church, with amazing leaders and a Body of Christ active and well known in the region for their faith and love of Jesus. Their youth group will join your team for fun and outreach activities.
