Known for soccer, safaris, and shark diving, South Africa is the southernmost country in Africa. It’s a land of adventure.
It’s also land of deep pain.
With one of the highest HIV/AIDs rates in the world, many of its children have lost at least one parent.
You can share God’s love in South Africa while having the adventure of a lifetime!
Ministry:
You will serve in Jeffrey’s Bay, a beach town world famous for its surfing, with a horse farm (with 36 horses!) called Featherfoot Horse Ranch. This ministry helps disabled and/or emotionally hurt children recover and connect with the world.
- Beach Evangelism: You will have the opportunity to share your faith everywhere you go and with everyone you meet—and that includes outreach on the beach of the Indian Ocean!
- School Ministry: Your team will go into schools and build relationships with students.
- Work Projects: You could help with a building a school in Jeffrey’s Bay, in addition to helping around the ranch!
- Adventure: You will live your faith while hanging out at the beach, going surfing, and shopping at local markets.
