God can use you to heal brokenness and bring restoration.
Maybe you’ve heard about women who are suffering and being victimized, and your heart breaks for them…and maybe you have your own powerful story to share.
Psalm 107:2 says, “Let the redeemed of the Lord tell their story.” Since 2014, Beauty for Ashes has reached over 5,000 women in 40 countries because of people like you, who are willing to share their story of redemption.
We’ve hosted hundreds of retreats and small groups around the world, and use a proven curriculum that God uses as an effective tool to foster lasting change in the lives of women.
What will I be doing in Georgia?
On this mission trip, you will serve women who are currently in a trauma-informed care residential recovery program for survivors of human trafficking and exploitation in Atlanta.
Your team will:
Host Beauty for Ashes retreats, creating a space for God to bring hope, healing, and redemption to the stories of local women.
Be equipped to share about topics such as worth, identity, healing, and forgiveness with others through storytelling and vulnerability.
Build meaningful relationships with your team and those with whom you minister.
Gain a deeper understanding of who God is and who you are as His daughter.
Where will I stay?
The housing is still subject to change, but please note you will need to bring either a blow-up mattress or sleeping pad, bed linens or a sleeping bag, and a pillow. We will send you confirmed housing information as the trip gets closer.
How can I make a difference?
God doesn’t just move on the mission field – He moves right where you are today. But sometimes it takes a journey to discover how to see Him in the everyday and how to live life on mission wherever He leads you next in the world.
Friend, you won’t regret it. You are a world changer. Now go and change the world.
