Beauty for Ashes is the women’s ministry of Adventures in Missions. We exist to share God’s restoration, hope, and healing with suffering and victimized women through ministry and training.
This Refresh and Replenish Missions Trip was designed with the Father’s heart at the center—and with you in mind! It is an opportunity to learn more about the tools God has given us to seek hope, healing, and freedom in our stories and discover how to use those tools to connect with and minister to others.
As a participant on this trip, you will join your team at gorgeous Victory Ranch in North Georgia. We’ll enjoy the warmth of new friends and the expectancy of how God will move. Here, you will learn how to receive and minister the tools of Beauty for Ashes. This will be a time of authenticity, vulnerability, hope, and healing as you allow God to use your story to empower you and the other women on your team.
We’ll spend our time at the ranch walking through Beauty for Ashes ministry activities, diving into the word of God, resting in His presence, and building Christ-centered community. We will read, write, share, laugh, and learn more about who God has created us to be and who we are becoming.
The ministry outreach on this trip will be with Circle of Hope Ministries.
Our time of service will include the team assisting in projects at their shelter such as sorting and organizing their donations, mulching the playground, and planting flowers. We expect our time of outreach to be a sweet time of bonding with one another.
What you can expect:
- Be ministered to and equipped with Beauty for Ashes ministry tools, allowing God to bring hope, healing, and redemption to your story.
- Learn from the testimonies of those on your team as you grow closer to the Lord and minister to one another.
- Learn to share about topics such as worth, identity, healing, and forgiveness with others through storytelling and vulnerability.
- Learn to create a welcoming space where women can feel comfortable and safe, so God can work in and through them.
- Build meaningful relationships with your team and those whom you minister to, and leave with a deeper understanding of both who God is and who you are as his daughter.
