Nicaragua is the poorest nation in Central America. Almost 80% of Nicaraguans live on less than $2 a day. More than half the population lives beneath the poverty line. One in four Nicaraguans is starving or suffering from malnutrition.

Your team will partner with local ministries to bring hope to the disheartened. You’ll connect one-on-one with people in desperate need. You could provide meals for undernourished families who are forced to sift through garbage dumps to make a living.
Bring the shelter of Jesus to fearful souls as you help provide physical shelter for the homeless and to people living in slums.
Feel God’s love made real. Build relationships as you prove to the people you meet that they are precious to Jesus.
While you are there, you can also take in the historic architecture from colonial times, hike the lush forests, or simply relax on a long, sunny beach.
