Masked by its beauty, the Honduran people are struggling.
Honduras is home to over eight million people, with 36 percent of the population under the age of 14. It’s also the third poorest country in the region, with 50 to 60 percent of the labor force either unemployed or underemployed.
You will get the opportunity to disciple and train leaders while providing food, clothes, medicine, education, and disaster aid for those who need it. You will serve and disciple rescued women, children, the elderly and disabled who have been rescued from gang violence and abuse. You’ll share the gospel with them and others through service projects, sharing devotionals at church services, construction projects, and childcare.
