Zion's Gate Ministry is located approximately twenty minutes outside the capital city – Tegucigalpa – of the country of Honduras. We are a vibrant and young ministry offering the opportunity for Christians to do life together in a faith-based community. We put our FAITH into action by serving who God puts in our lives daily.
Our community consists of missionaries from around the world and Honduran teenagers who were living on the streets. We live, eat, work, pray and encourage each other daily. Almost every day, you will find many of us out in the streets of Tegucigalpa seeking out other teens and families. Most of the teens we encounter have no parents or role models in their lives. They are homeless and living out of the local garbage dumpsters. Inhaling paint thinner is the number-one drug addiction. They have no hope and live only for today. We visit them daily bringing food, smiles, love and encouragement for the future. The teens who live with us today came from this environment.
We are diligently searching for 'warriors of Christ' to come and and join us at Zion's Gate putting our faith in action as God intended it to be.
