You’ll be working in the southeastern part of Ireland, in cities like Kilkenny, Waterford, and New Ross, alongside local charities and ministries as they establish and maintain drug and alcohol free youth centers. Your work could be operating a pop-up shop where proceeds will help run these types of centers, building community interest, or helping lead short-term teams as they work in Ireland.
Southeastern Ireland is know as the “sunny side” of Ireland. The countryside is full of castles, ancient ruins, cows, sheep, and hiking trails. You can find surfers at the local beaches, and take away in the cities. Trains and buses run throughout the country, making inter-city travel easy
