WR Alumni 2016 Trips – Philippines

Join our alumni trip to the Philippines!

So, you’ve already done 11 countries in 11 months. You’ve seen God work in miraculous ways. You’ve witnessed the supernatural. And now you’re back in the States. Are you itching for an opportunity to get back out there?

Alumni Trips are an opportunity to reconnect with life on the mission field. Join fellow alumni to serve alongside some of our long-term missionaries. Whether you’re thinking about doing life overseas or just looking for a short term trip, this is your ticket.

In addition to this being a short term trip for alumni, it’s also an opportunity for you to share life on the mission field with your home community. Sign up and you can invite a friend, your family, or maybe someone from church. This could be a life changing experience for someone you know.

* Each alumnus can invite up to two guests on the trip.

* Alumni must have completed the World Race or Passport.

Manila, Philippines

Adventures in Missions Philippines works alongside Wipe Every Tear to help rescue and restore women formerly trafficked in the sex trade industry.

The reality is that millions of people worldwide are trafficked in the sex trade and Adventures In Missions and Wipe Every Tear (WET) are committed to the lives of these women. From safe places to call home, to education, and deep relationships with others, women are given the opportunity to have their lives completely restored. This holistic approach allows women the opportunity to move from dark captivity to safe places where they may be restored and loved.

Your team will enter the Red Light District, partnering directly with women who have left the bars and feel compelled to go back and rescue more women. In addition, you will spend time pouring into women who have come out of the bars, leading devotionals, planning a fun excursion, and being a support and encouragement for them. You will take part in prayer walks, worship, intercession, and fulfill other needs of the ministry.

Most of all, you’ll be a light for Christ in a dark city.
