Known best for its beaches, the Philippines appears to be paradise.
However, not everything is perfect in this beautiful country.
Many Filipinos live on less than 15 cents per day and are just trying to survive. They’ve forgotten what it feels like to know they matter and can have hope for the future.
You can help them hope again.
Your ministry might include:
- Kids Ministry: From VBS to soccer, you’ll share the love of Christ with children through their favorite language: fun.
- Disaster Relief: The 2013 typhoon left a big mark on the landscape, and there are still areas in need of relief work.
- Community Outreach: There might be opportunities to reach out to the community through relational evangelism or work projects.
- Adventure: Live your faith while sightseeing, shopping for souvenirs, and exploring. Depending on where you are, this could mean going to the beach, waterfalls, etc.!
