Beauty for Ashes is a program that gives women the opportunity to tell their stories and invites the Holy Spirit’s healing into the hurting parts of their lives.
Women are given a safe environment where they are encouraged to hear from God as He reaches into their hurts and brings hope and healing. Beauty for Ashes Retreats bring women from their communities together to support one another as they are empowered through the telling of their stories and reminded of the redeeming power of Christ.
There is a movement of God on the earth to heal His daughters and empower them to bring change to their homes, communities, and nations. You are invited to be a part of this movement!
God came to seek and save the lost, this is still true today. This trip is a journey not just for a week, but for a lifetime. We want you to be apart of the movement to bring freedom, redemption, and life back into the hearts of our sisters around the world!
– Your journey will begin with a light, day-long hike up the beautiful Volcano San Pedro on Lake Atitlan, where you will be challenged spiritually. This hike will represent the perseverance we press through on the journey to healing.
– Work hand in hand with ministries in Guatemala, ministering to women in the indigenous communities surrounding Lake Atitlan. Your efforts will be the first fruits of what will be an on-going ministry among women that will continue far beyond your week there.
– As you invest in sustainable ministry, you’ll also experience restoration for yourself as you work through Beauty For Ashes Retreat activities among your team.
– Enjoy the amazing coffee and some delicious chocolate as you sit next to the cobbled streets of Antigua, soaking in the warm sun and enjoying all the beautiful scenery that Guatemala has to offer!
